After referring fitness clients to Gary for years, I sought the treatment for myself.
I was shocked, after much dedication to many 'personal growth' courses and spiritual
classes, I was loaded with rage and bitterness at self.
Within 10 minutes, which seemed longer, I have effortlessly conquered insomnia, lost
weight, and believe it or not, got my "Midas Touch" back. Perhaps toxic emotion,
unbeknownst to me, had something to do with my "losing streak."
I am grateful. I chose to do the personal power workshop to keep this new version
of me alive. It was ripe with tough love, strength, support, straight talk, and
honest practices to truly change yourself and your world. I don't even remember how
I survived, because now I am rapidly growing and thriving. Kendra
My friendship with Gary Clyman an i cember of 2006 after I saw his advertisement
in the wholistic magazine called Conscious Choice. This advertisement consisted of a
newspaper article that chronicled a newspaper reporters ÒEmotional LiposuctionÓ
session with Gary. I was intrigued by the article and I decided to give Gary a call.
At that time, I had experienced life threatening set backs that had left me emotionally
and spiritually bankrupt, I was literally at the end of my rope. At the point that I
contacted Gary drinking, ranting, raving, traditional therapy, holistic therapy,
medication, meditation and nutritional counseling, had not helped resolve my issues.
Gary says most people only need one session to experience healing. Evidently, I was
very unusual since I had to have six tortuous sessions in order to restore my energetic
balance. When I asked Gary about this, he says, "If you've got a lot of internal shit,
it takes a lot of shoveling to get rid of it. Even though I have a bigger shovel than
you do it still takes time to move your Mount Everest of shit." Since I needed six
excruciatingly brutal and painful sessions, I guess I had a truckload that had to be
relocated. Well, Gary did it. He moved that mountain and saved my life.
You hear people talking about finding nirvana and achieving enlightenment, well it is
a true state of being that can be achieved here and now. Gary helped me breakthrough
decades of crappy programming and twisted belief systems and achieve enlightenment.
The negative situations of everyday life are powerless to enrage, disturb, or depress
me. Gary has helped me live loudly in the world, to succeed in the world and remain
untouched by hate, anger, fear, rage, abandonment, desire, guilt, sorrow, or depression.
If you want what the Dalai Lama has, see Gary. If you want serenity now, see Gary.
If you want the ultimate edge against your competition, see Gary. If you want to live
life out loud, see Gary. Ami Moore
Gary, your program is excellent and authentic. Bagua zhang and taiji are pretty much the
same on the inside although the outer form may look different. I have gotten indoor
teachings from other teachers in taiji-bagua combination forms. Other seekers of this
body of internal knowledge should know, real indoor teachings are deceptively simple...
so they tend to go over most people's heads who are searching.
They don't know what to look for. I especially got the nei kung program for the Gold Bell
training. I picked up a few other gems as well. Your gold bell method of heng ha is better
and more simplified then my previous methods. I tested it with real blows from a friend on
my front and even one slipped onto the floating ribs... no problem. Being no stranger to
violent dangerous people and situations I am not cocky or foolish. Neither am I fearful.
I have worked at 3 garbage companies doing Camden and Trenton areas also the past 7 years
in west and north Philadelphia (kill-adelphia) doing deliveries and collecting the money.
More importantly then physical skills is your spirit. Your spirit is your true shield.
Cultivating your vibration is crucial to this process. This is the stuff all the good ba
gua and taiji masters knew.
My advice is, if people out there are sincere daily practitioners and want true internal
power, they should save their money and get your Nei Kung program.
Otherwise there is plenty of so-called masters who will take there money slowly and will
give nothing but health chikung methods and endless empty forms and techniques or take you
on the maze of meridian non-sense. I know no one who teaches what you do openly.
However it's basically the same as what every real master knows but will not teach for one
reason or another. Thanks again, Gary. Michael Habingreither
Gary Clyman is a superman teaching people how to have super powers.
I've been doing his original Tidal Wave Chi Kung system every morning for six months now.
I learned it from his two videos. It takes me only 28 minutes and pumps enough energy into
me to light up a small city.
The amazing thing is that his system is so easy that it defies belief. Yet I've seen my
income nearly triple and I expect itto keep multiplying. I've also seen my health and
happiness improve and my energy level get so strong that I've had to nearly cut out all
stimulants like coffee, else I'll go crazy with all the excess energy surging through me.
Gary's video training program is so powerful and remarkable that I can't find words strong
enough to describe it. Since it takes only 28 minutes to do, is basically effortless,
and yet can dramatically alter a person's life, I'm surprised he's charging so little for
it. I intend to keep using Gary's system, and I fully expect to see even bigger and better
results.
Anyone who is tired of what they are getting in life---or what they are NOT getting---needs
to get Gary Clyman's video training system and prepare themselves for a radical shift in
income, health, relationships, and personal power.

Well Master Clyman, I am starting week three and my chi is well centered and radiating,
my sex drive is about what it was 30 years ago, and my forearms are a little sore from
the basic channel breathing. My legs don't hurt because I am used to the Tai Chi stance
and other lower stances. I figure this is pretty much on track. Amazingly fast, but
on track. Thank you, Rick Jacobsen
Hey Gary! Chris and I are doing great. We're married and we have a baby due in less than
a month! We won't be able to make the lecture, but we still tell everyone about how awesome
you are. Keep up the good work! Andy
I flew to Chicago for the Nei Kung training without being skeptical of this program.
I was very eager because from all I read from the chikung.com website, I could tell
this is what I've been expecting to learn. The articles from the Chicago Tribune as
well as those written by Gary were impressive.
Have a look at those articles, you'll have the same feeling as I did. Gary's answers
showed his thorough knowledge of the system he's teaching, and the material, as described,
is well organized. Gary even put the very valuable Gold Bell training material on the
website.
I'm glad I came to Chicago instead of just buying the program on DVDs. What I witnessed
was Gary's enthusiasm for the material, which is very important to me. I really became
inspired only by knowing how much effort he put on his practicing as well as training.
I also had a chance to attend his treatment for an old man flying from Panama. The video
testimonial for this could be found on the website (thanks to Gary's new camera).
It's a great experience, seeing how Gary was shooting Jing into the man's feet to make
him able to walk( he could barely walk before he came).
After three days of training, I could feel the results immediately. My breath became
easier, longer. I also started to feel something condensed in my Dan Tien. I'm writing
this testimonial a week after my training, and I'm feeling like a different person,
calmer and more energized.
My endurance increased greatly; the other day, I played basketball without getting
tired at all.
The program costs a lot of money, but I think the benefits it brings are invaluable,
of course if you spend time to practice. It's true how one of Gary's friends said to me:
"You've made the right decision to fly to Chicago, he's the real thing." Phuong Tran
"Being ruthless is not really a quality associated with healers. But that's exactly
what you get with Gary Clyman. He will quite ruthlessly find out what's wrong in your
life and fix it. Once fixed, you're free forever - it's that simple. You could spend
most of your life in some talk related therapy, or you can get fixed by Gary in a few
sessions.
Personally, I travelled all the way from England to Chicago, America to learn his Chi
Kung and to get rid of lifelong emotional baggage. The baggage is gone, and I also
have an excellent foundation for Chi Kung practice. He is forÊreal. He is effective!"

"Clyman's Tidal Wave(tm) Chi Kung system is organized, powerful and easy
to follow!" Fred Degerberg, Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts, Chicago
JUST WANTED TO SAY I LOVE YOUR CHI-KUNG TAPES. YOU REMEMBER ME - BLUE
HAIR? THANX-CHAD
Honest to God Gary, you're the Johnny Appleseed of Tai Chi. If not for you
the system would be dying on the vine. Best Wishes, Drew
Thanks Gary:
You gave me one or two of your tapes in the past and here is my comment.
I've seen tons of MA tapes over the years, most of h I fast forward
through. As far as I'm concerned, yours is the only one that a person
can actually learn from. It's obvious even on the tape that you really
want people to "get it." You did an amazing job.
Best Wishes, Drew, Your Classmate.
All I can say is that your system is the real deal and more powerful than
most people could ever imagine. I appreciate it more and more as time
goes on... and your initial work with deservingness is essential for
everything. For intention and will to be effective, deservingness must
be a given.
A person should also know or have spent some time understanding themselves
so that they have a calm, self-assured presence.
Thank you for everything. I wish you some very special students to give
you a run for you money. Although two Gary Clyman personalities on this
planet might be too overpowering...lol. Nevertheless, I want to meet the
person that could match your determination, discipline and passion, if
they could exist.
In any case, everyone who comes to you will have the chance to meet great-
ness and improve their existance in powerful ways they never could imagine.
Best wishes, Jim Strack
Master Gary, thanks for the info yesterday you are a wealth of knowledge.
I love this system and will continue doing it as you instruct. I relayed
the info to my friend matt and here is his reply. I know that there are
many different systems and probably all have some benefit. How do you
respond to his explanation of opening the sphincters and losing your energy?
Another question: During combat do we lock and unlock the sphincters
coordinated with our breath and perform the circulations with the strike?
Again I love this stuff and a major deciding factor was not only your
knowledge of the system but also your demonstration of Jing. I never
felt anything like that before.
Talk to you soon, Chuck Fleishaus D.C.
Hi Gary, I just saw your article in the Tribune. Very cool.
Since I last saw you (must have been around 1999), I went back to school
in January 2000 to the University of Wisconsin- Madison. I just graduated
last month with my degree in Marketing. Qigong definitely helped me with
my focus and attention to get through school. I'm still looking for a
job, but I'll be manifesting the perfect job in a short time.
Keep kickin' some ass! Pat
Hello Gary! You don't have to respond to this email. I'm sure
you're very busy. I just want to say Hi to the greatest chikung Master
of all times! I don't if you recognize my name after so long. I have
your MIND LIGHT course on video but haven't been practicing THE DAILY
PRACTICE ROUTINE like I should. One thing's for sure though! Your
IMPREGNATING THE UNIVERSE really really works! About a month ago I went
through the 28-Minute routine several nights,(I work the night shift),
and I now have so many opportunities in the mail you wouldn't believe
it! I've started 5 or 6 businesses! Should be starting to make lots of
money soon! Thanks for the wonderful courses. Sincerely, Chris Kolivas,

Hey Gary!!
As you know I've had an ongoing back injury for over a year now so I
haven't been able to practice my Chi Kung daily practice routine.
Well, I got brave last Monday and I started my practice again. I was
reluctant to shoot energy through my spine in fear of irritating my
injured discs. Well, I had quite a pleasant surprise! When I finished
my very first practice after over a year of abstention I feel great.
My practice was not only intense it felt better than when I stopped.
As a matter of fact it was almost as if I never quit.
I'll explain. When I circulated the microcosmic orbit, I felt some
intense heat. My tan-tien was really heating up. I felt that my pro-
jecting was more focused than ever, and I was much more focused. I
was concerned about starting over fearing that all that hard work was
lost, but to my amazement it was not.
Thank you for your encouragement. All that work is really worth its
weight in gold. Sincerely, Pete Gianakos. Chi Kung forever...
As all the diets say "and I have more energy too!" well, I do... I had
been involved with Tai Chi for many years before I met Gary Clyman and
his Personal Power Training System, in the late 80's (it was, in fact
the Day the first Bush beat Dukakis in the Presidential) although he
was kind of brash, I found him honest and to the point. His chi kung
did, in fact, change my life in many ways. It was taking me to where
I wanted to go... inside... The Nei Kung is where I was for all these
years.
I used Gary's system in my own meditative exercises, and for many years
was continuing to fuse the yin with the yang (Fetal breathing, etc.)
Fetal breathing is what the guy in the Jean Claude Van Damme movie (I
believe it was Bloodsport) said to him when training "breathe in and out
at the same time is better." I used the major chakra's and in meditations
I received instructions with detailed geometrical energy patterns that
absolutely blew my ever-lovin' mind!
Now, mind you, I was doing this over the period of more than 10 years.
It's all about polarization. We have to connect ourselves with the Earth's
polar energies... just line up them ol' chakras and the energy within them.
All points are chakras, which are little suns... the energy we exist on,
without which we would not exist. Ok, now it's years later, past the
millineum... 2002 somewhere... I've had a endured a complete destruction
of my job, so my life has been so desperate that it is a wonder that I
kept my mind together and I believe it was the chi kung that Gary taught
me that kept me together.
2002 I had gastritus for many years and came to rely on those "new"
antacids that kick ass so I didn't care the one thing I couldn't find was
the diet...the diet that kept me searchin' for a heart of gold, to heal.
I went through thousands of healing modalities to find out what was
going on with my stomach... although Gary Clyman's Chi Kung did not
help me cure it, it did, in fact make me stronger and find the inner
way to nei gong energy.
Now I finally found that diet... I found that the Atkins low carbohydrate
diet was all that I needed... and since losing my gastritis and the pot
belly, my chi kung has intensified dramatically!... energy flows more
freely, I have way more control and intensity! Now I know where the guy
who created Superman got the idea of a guy flying through the air like
that... and I don't mean in goofy attire... but I mean full-on throttle
chi flying through your body like water rushing through a fire hose!
I had been searching for this diet that would heal me since I was a little
boy and went thorugh my life searching for something that would heal me.
It was a spiritual journey as well... another Tai Chi teacher of mine
suggested a low carbo diet before I had even met Gary Clyman... I guess
I wasn't ready... I did learn from them all... but to tell you the truth,
Gary's stuff was the most important stuff I learned in all those healing
modalities.
Now, between the Chi Kung and my new diet my life has changed. I am
a completely new human being. It had made me what I was, and now I am
free. I found what I was looking for. Now I gotta go out and look for
a job. Lou Buscemi (Also see Perspectives in the Chi Kung Bible)
